Jennifer Thomas is the Office Manager & Biller for Connected Minds LLC. She received her Undergraduate Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding at DeVry University in April 2022. She is currently studying for her Certified Coding Specialist exam. She has worked in the medical field for over 13 years as a receptionist and slowly moved up the chain from there to billing and insurance and fell in love with it. It is her goal to serve as a resource to the clients at Connected Minds by providing information about our billing policies and clarity about their insurance coverage. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys her family, dogs, and attending concerts and/or comedy shows.
