Taylor Cortez, LPC

Ms. Cortez is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia (License # LPC014448).

Ms. Cortez obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Georgia and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Georgia. Her background in mental health started at the University of West Georgia Counseling Center, where she practiced therapy with young adults that suffered from a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. She has also worked as a Career Specialist for people with disabilities and as a Crisis Counselor in an inpatient setting, seeing patients of all ages. She looks forward to furthering her experience by working with new clients at Connected Minds to reach their unique goals.
